Primary Goal

Provide a stimulating, loving, and secure environment in which the children can develop a beginning sense of independence, social skills, and skills in working with learning materials.

As toddlers begin to speak, understand, and learn at a faster pace, our Tiny Tots Classroom focuses on learning and experiences. Tiny Tots will spend more time focused on activities and communication. They will also continue to develop skills that will help them when they enter school.

Teachers model effective communication and sharing and encourage independence.

A Tiny Tot’s day consists of:

• self-selected play
• circle time
• singing songs
• reading books
• art projects
• sensory experiences
• outdoor playground time
• occasional field trips
